Today, we proudly operate 200 diagnostic centres across 25+ cities and towns, in 6 states, serving millions of patients with the same passion and precision that defined us on day one. Our network spans across six states: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and NCR.

A Journey of Firsts
Vijaya’s journey towards diagnostic care started as early as 1981. Over the years, we’ve embraced innovation with one clear goal: to serve better. Our efforts weren’t just a technological leap—it was a step forward for every patient who needed more precise answers.
Vijaya adapted and invested in advanced diagnostic technologies, some of which were not only first-of-their-kind in Southern India, but also in the entire country. Here’s a quick look at a few of our key milestones over the years:
- From 80s to 90s: Ultrasound, Fourth Generation CT Scan and Nuclear medicine services.
- 90s to 2000s: The Hawkeye Gamma Camera with SPECT, Automated Microbiology Culture, and Flow Cytometry were introduced.
- 2000 to 2010: Cardiac CT and 3 Tesla MRI, HPV-DNA HC2 test, Automated TB identification & Sensitivity tests were introduced.
- 2010 onwards: PET CT, ‘Walk-in Walk-out Dual source CT’, Open MRI, 3D Mammography, Advanced CBCT, DNA Fragmentation Index Test, Integrated modular solution for Immunoassay & Chemistry assays, and ‘BioMatrix 3T’.
In 2021, we took another proud stride, becoming the first integrated diagnostic chain from South India to be listed on both BSE and NSE. Each milestone, each achievement, has been guided not by numbers but by the belief that everyone deserves access to dependable healthcare.
