RT-PCR is more reliable and sensitive method of detection of the virus in the body. Each state has different rules and requirements for RT-PCR test. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus. Most people infected with this virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness.
