Terms and Conditions

By using our wallet in the Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited (VDCL) mobile app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the wallet in the VDCL mobile app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the country where the wallet in the VDCL mobile app is available to use it.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when using the wallet in the VDCL mobile app and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Wallet Security

We use various security measures to protect your wallet, including passwords and two-factor authentication. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your wallet, and you use it at your own risk.

Fees and Charges

We may charge fees for using the wallet in the mobile app, such as transaction fees, maintenance fees, or currency conversion fees. We will notify you of any fees before you incur them.

We may charge fees for using the wallet in the mobile app, such as transaction fees, maintenance fees, or currency conversion fees. We will notify you of any fees before you incur them.

Wallet Cashback & Usage Policy

• 1. Cashback Offer is valid only for the first transaction on Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited (VDCL) mobile app
• 2. 10% of the transaction amount including discounts and excluding any home collection charges will be added as reward points into the VDCL mobile app wallet
• 3. Cashback Offer is not applicable on all tests/investigations. Some of the exceptions include, but not limited to, Health Packages, Nuclear Medicine tests and PET-CT
• 4. This offer is valid for a limited time only and VDCL reserves the right to cancel it at any time
• 5. The offer can be used only once per user/mobile number
• 6. No two offers can be clubbed together
• 7. This offer is not applicable on already discounted packages/profiles
• 8. Reward points from wallet can not be redeemed as cash and can only be utilized for future mobile app transactions with VDC for any investigation except, but not limited to, Nuclear Medicine tests and PET-CT
• 9. In all future transactions, only upto a max of 10% of the reward points can be utilized in a single order subject to a maximum of 1000 reward Points
• 10. One Reward point = INR 1/-
• 11. VDCL reserves the right to pull back rewards points from a user's account (pre or post redemption) in case of suspicious or fraudulent activities as detected by VDCL from time to time without any notice/intimation.
• 12. Reward points standing un-utilized will be forfeited/expired post 1 year of granting
• 13. You can earn reward Points up to maximum INR 9,999 per financial year (i.e. 1 April to 31 March)
• 14. No refund of reward points will be allowed for any investigation booked on the mobile app under any circumstances

Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using the wallet in the mobile app, except to the extent required by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the wallet in the mobile app at any time, for any reason.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the wallet in the mobile app, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, is owned by us or our licensors.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and us will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.

Amendments

We may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you are responsible for reviewing and accepting any changes before using the wallet in the mobile app.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the wallet in the mobile app is available.
